Every brewer has to experiment, it's why we got into this in the first place.

The Single Barrel Reserve list is a place where I will brew single barrel fermentations of beer.

I'll be creating some rotating seasonal styles such as India Pale Ale, Stout, Saisons and fruit beer. I'll also be experimenting with yeast strains, seasonal brewing and traditional beer styles from around the world adapted to our barrel fermentation process.

Members of this list will be notified before anyone else once a new batch of beer is ready. That includes our core range. You'll also receive free shipping to metro Australia.
