Primo
Overall - A normal strength amber ale which is highly approachable and emphasises drinkability above all else.
Aroma - malt, caramel, charred oak, fruity, earthy
Flavour - balanced bitterness with subtle biscuity, nutty, lightly toasted, caramel malt flavours.
Oro
Overall - A golden, malty ale with a clean, rich, bready malt flavour, balanced bitterness, with an emphasis on drinkability.
Aroma - bready-malty aroma, light bread crust, charred oak, clean fermentation character, medium spicy, floral, or herbal hop bouquet
Flavour - complex, bready maltiness, hints of pineapple combined with a pronounced yet soft and rounded bitterness and floral and spicy hop flavour.
Nero
Overall - Inspired by the classic South Australian stout - Very dark, moderately strong, smooth and fairly dry stout with prominent but not astringent roasted flavours and aromas.
Aroma - roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, charred oak
Flavour - balanced bitterness, coffee, roasted malt, moderately dry finish.
