An all Australian Barrel Fermented Saison
A pale golden, dry and refreshing Belgian style ale with notes of citrus and spice. This Australian Saison is the perfect companion for your favourite summer BBQ.
Saison su Legno is crafted using 100% South Australian Malted Barley, Australian hops, and fermented warm in charred American Oak barrels with gentle spicing from native South Australian River Mint.
A testament to the modern Saison ales of Wallonia while maintaining true Australian provenance, a key aspect of this traditional Belgian beer style. Brewed in mid to late spring using traditional methods. Dual Yeast (house + BE 256) single barrel primary fermentation in charred American Oak for two weeks. One week warm maturation in stainless steel. Minimum 6 weeks bottle conditioning.

Tasting notes and serving temp:
