A Premium South Australian Blood Orange Wheat Beer
A pale, tart, and refreshing wheat ale showcasing 2025 season's South Australian riverland blood oranges and Australian grown coriander.
Su Legno White is crafted using South Australian Malted Barley, South Australian malted wheat, raw Australian wheat, oats and Australian hops. It is fermented warm, without temperature control, in charred American Oak barrels and gently spiced with Australian grown coriander seed and 2025 season blood oranges from Renmark https://www.nichefruits.com.au/
A tip of the hat to Belgian tradition while maintaining Australian provenance. Brewed in early Summer using traditional methods.
Single barrel primary fermentation in charred American Oak for two weeks. One month warm maturation in stainless steel. Minimum 6 weeks bottle conditioning.

Tasting notes and serving temp:
